Rooted in the holistic wellbeing of your team and business, you will receive a written report following a comprehensive organizational assessment of your internal functions. This crucial introspection will help your business become the best it can be. You will receive the following:
• A review of company history, programs, services, and current activities.
• A comprehensive examination of all internal functions, with input from key stakeholders and employees. Findings will be documented in a written Organizational Assessment Report.
• Guidance in creating an Organizational Development Plan that addresses all areas in need of nurture discovered in the Organizational Assessment Report.
